		<description>Agree with colin also nothing on the rim but if your at home aything goes i guess, 
also another way to do this is 
slice the tops multiple times creating more thin strips , run your finger as directed above then soak in ice water bath (this will create the curls,
this also works really well with chives just skip the &quot;ribbon&quot; step after sliceing throw them staright into the ice water</description>
